DESIGN YOUR NEWSPAPER
Wedding newspaper templates, made personal.
A wedding newspaper brings your story and the practical details of the day into one keepsake. Choose a starting style, add your own words and photograph, and let the maker handle the page layout.
Create your newspaper
The Classic: a proper front-page moment
A traditional serif masthead, black ink and crisp newspaper rules give The Classic a familiar editorial feel. It works especially well with a black-and-white photograph and a short, confident headline. The sample starts with “The best is yet to come”, but you can make that line your own.
Choose this style for a timeless look. Keep the story conversational: how you met, a favourite memory and what the day means to you. A newspaper is a lovely place for small details that would feel too informal in a traditional ceremony programme.
The Modern: clean, confident and easy to read
The Modern uses a bolder sans-serif masthead and midnight-blue details. It suits contemporary venues and couples who want a newspaper without a vintage feel. A short headline and a clear photo give this layout room to breathe.
This style includes the same six-page pack as the other designs. Changing the design keeps your wording, schedule and game answers, so you can compare the looks without starting again.
The Romantic: an elegant wedding edition
Burgundy details and a softer masthead bring a more personal feel to The Romantic. The layout leaves the photograph in colour in the browser preview; upload a black-and-white version if that is your preference. The exported PDF keeps the colours in the photograph you upload.
Keep your wording specific to the two of you. One real memory, an honest thank-you and a few light-hearted game answers will say more than a page of generic wedding quotations.
What is included in the printable pack?
Your purchase includes a two-page wedding newspaper: the front page with your photo and story, and the inside page with the order of the day, wedding party and thank-you. Three matching guest sheets contain a crossword, word search and couple’s quiz. A sixth page holds the answers for the host.
You can create and download a watermarked PDF preview for free. The final pack costs £12.99 GBP once for one wedding, with edits and repeat downloads included while the service remains available. There is no subscription and no printing or delivery charge because this is a digital product.
Choose A4 or US Letter before you print
A4 is 210 × 297 mm. US Letter is 8.5 × 11 inches. Pick the size that matches your paper or print shop. The two newspaper pages are individual portrait pages; you may print them single-sided or as the front and back of one sheet. The games and answer sheet are separate pages.
Print the free preview at actual size before ordering a batch. Check that text is comfortable to read and your printer preserves the white margins. These PDFs use RGB colour with no bleed, crop marks or tabloid imposition. Ask your print shop to confirm compatibility before paying for a large print run.
Make the example your own
Replace both sample names, the wedding date, venue and story. Upload a photograph you have permission to print. Check the centre crop carefully, particularly if faces are near an edge. Then change the crossword clues and quiz answers to reflect your relationship.
The browser preview helps you design; the downloaded PDF is your final proof. Read all six pages, including the answer key. Download a project backup as well: it contains editable details, whereas a PDF is for printing.
