Your purchase
£12.99 GBP is a one-off price for a digital pack for one wedding: two newspaper pages, a crossword, a word search, a couple’s quiz and a host answer key. No printed items, postage or subscription are included. Revisions and repeat downloads for the same wedding are included while the service is available. Save your final PDFs locally; continuing website availability is not guaranteed.
Preview and compatibility
Download and check the free watermarked PDF before purchase. You need a current browser with JavaScript, an internet connection and a PDF reader. Pages use A4 or US Letter, RGB colour and white margins. There is no bleed, crop marks or tabloid imposition. Check your printer accepts the format. The browser layout is illustrative; use the PDF as your final proof. Fonts support Latin text and many European characters; unsupported characters such as some emoji are rejected. Game answers use A–Z letters.
Payment and delivery
Stripe processes payment. Access is supplied after a completed payment is verified, normally when you return from checkout. Delayed payment methods may require you to restore access later. Save your project backup, recovery code and receipt. If payment succeeds but access fails, contact support with your receipt and approximate purchase time; do not pay again.
Immediate digital supply and cancellation
Before checkout you must expressly request immediate digital supply and acknowledge losing the 14-day cancellation right once supply begins. The downloadable project backup records these terms and the selected consent wording. If supply has not begun, contact us to request cancellation within the applicable cancellation period. Your statutory rights where content is faulty, not as described or unfit for its stated purpose are unaffected.
Problems and refunds
If an export is faulty or unavailable, email contact@airbornemedia.co.uk with your purchase reference and a description of the issue. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, including correction or refund where required. There is no blanket no-refunds policy. Do not send card details.
Your content
You retain ownership of your words and photos and remain responsible for spelling, dates, timings and permission to reproduce content. Do not upload content you are not authorised to use. The example photo, names and story are fictional sample content. Replace or review all examples before ordering. This is a design tool, not wedding planning or professional printing advice.
Saving and recovery
Drafts are stored locally in your browser when available. Private browsing, clearing site data or changing devices can remove them. Save the editable project backup, including the purchase recovery code. The code restores purchase access but cannot recreate lost text or photographs by itself. A PDF cannot be reopened as an editable project. Keep the recovery code private.
Keeping a purchase record
Save these terms and your project backup. To request cancellation where a right remains, email “I wish to cancel my digital pack purchase”, your name, purchase date and Stripe receipt reference, or any equally clear statement. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
