Your privacy

Your draft and photograph

Your design and purchase recovery code are kept in this browser’s local storage for the requested save-and-resume feature. A downloaded project backup contains the details you entered and may include your recovery code. Keep it private. No advertising cookies or analytics scripts are included in this release.

Creating PDFs

When you request a PDF preview, checkout validation or a paid export, the design is sent over an encrypted connection to our server for processing. The application does not keep a server-side project or photograph. Hosting providers may retain technical request and security logs under their policies.

Payments

Stripe processes payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We send the product, price, consent record and a cryptographic recovery reference to Stripe, not your newspaper text or photograph. Your recovery code acts as a private key to purchase access.

Why we process information

We use design details and purchase references to provide the service you request and fulfil the contract. We use technical request data for security and fault diagnosis. Payment and accounting records are retained where legally required. Support emails are kept as needed to resolve enquiries and satisfy applicable recordkeeping duties.

Your choices

Save a backup before clearing browser site data if you want to keep your project. You can choose not to upload a personal photograph. For questions about personal information, or access, correction or deletion requests, contact contact@airbornemedia.co.uk. Depending on applicable law, additional rights may apply. You may raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
